1. Purpose

These terms govern use of noblablafinance, which indexes and surfaces the regulated publications French listed companies file with the Autorité des marchés financiers. Using the site means accepting them.

2. Free of charge, provided as is

The service is free and requires no account. An account is offered, optionally, for features that are still to come; no content is reserved for registered users. The service is provided "as is" with no availability commitment, and may be changed, suspended or discontinued at any time.

3. Where the information comes from, and how accurate it is

Information is collected automatically from info-financiere.gouv.fr, a public source published by the AMF under the Etalab 2.0 licence. It is reproduced as received, with no editorial verification.

The publisher warrants neither accuracy, completeness nor timeliness. A document may be missing, duplicated, categorised wrongly, or carry an incorrect timestamp at source. The official document governs: every record links to the file served by the AMF, and that is the one to read and to cite.

Some figures shown — detection lag in particular — appear only where they were actually observed. Where a value has not been measured, the site says so rather than showing a zero. See the statistics page.

4. No investment advice

Nothing on this site is investment advice, an investment recommendation, regulated investment research, a solicitation to buy or sell, or an offer of investment services.

The publisher is not an investment services provider and is authorised by neither the AMF nor the ACPR. Any share prices shown are delayed closing prices, indicative only, and must not be relied on for a decision. Investment decisions are yours alone and should rest on the official documents and, where appropriate, on advice from an authorised professional.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• place abnormal load on the service — the public API is open and key-free by design, which is not an invitation to saturate it;
• attempt to circumvent security measures or reach non-public data;
• present reused data as originating from the AMF itself, or imply that the AMF endorses your use of it.

6. Reusing the data

The underlying data is reusable under the Etalab 2.0 open licence, including commercially, provided the licensor is named: "info-financiere.gouv.fr — Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF)". That obligation applies to you exactly as it applies to us.

The presentation of the site, its visual design and its code remain the property of the publisher.

7. Outbound links

The site links to third-party resources — AMF files, corporate sites, investor-relations pages. The publisher has no control over their content and is not answerable for it. If affiliate links ever appear, they will be identified as such where they appear.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the publisher is not liable for loss arising from use of the site, from inaccurate or missing data, or from unavailability. Nothing here limits liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct or personal injury.

9. Changes and governing law
